Internal Family System
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a compassionate and evidence-based therapeutic approach that helps individuals explore and understand their inner world. It views the mind as made up of different "parts," each with its own feelings, thoughts, and roles. Some parts may carry burdens or protect us in ways that no longer serve us.
Through IFS, clients are guided to connect with their "Self," a core state of calm, clarity, and compassion. From this place, they can heal wounded parts, release harmful patterns, and restore balance within their internal system. IFS is particularly effective for trauma, anxiety, and personal growth.
