Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
The heart of this therapy is to transform the way you think, feel and behave. The goal is to show you a new set of thinking disciplines associated with whatever events set off emotional triggers in the day. Core beliefs will be constantly self - challenged and assertive thinking and behaviour is encouraged as the new norm in the pursuit of goals or objectives in life.
CBT may be done on its own or as a complement to a 12 Step program.
